The Coffee Fellows Rewards program lets members earn points on eligible purchases, which are redeemable for free beverages and select food items, special offers, and exclusive perks available only through the app.

You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases at participating locations. Taxes, gratuities, and gift cards are not included in "eligible purchase"

Once you reach 500 points, they are automatically converted into a $5.00 reward that can be used on your next purchase. Rewards must be redeemed within 30 days from the date they are issued. If your account is closed or terminated, any unredeemed rewards will be forfeited.

We offer a special birthday reward (e.g., free item / bonus points). Make sure you've added your birthday month to your profile. The birthday reward will be loaded on the first day of your birthday month and must be redeemed within 30 days.

Orders through third-party delivery services (e.g., Uber Eats, DoorDash) do not qualify for star earnings.

Yes, you can earn points on catering orders, but you cannot redeem points toward the cost of catering.

Coffee Fellows points cannot be applied to gift card purchases.
